As Dulles Rail Staggers, Players Share in Blame

Many familiar with the project’s long history say it is on the brink of collapse because of the weight of the nearly dozen entities that have played critical roles over the years.

Of course it will cost a lot of money, take a long time, and cause lots of congestion. But the rail will eventually be very beneficial to many commuters. Does the possibility of the Dulles Rail not happening mean anything to you?
